Not So Green Smoothie - For The Not So Good Days
(Makes 4-5). Use all organic ingredients
On the days when I was feeling nauseous, I knew that I needed to move beyond toast and ginger ale. This was my pick. It's still filled with healthy stuff but is easy on the queasy.
1 banana
1 cup strawberries
1/2 inch raw ginger
1 tbsp. bee pollen
1 tbsp. hemp hearts
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup coconut water
1 cup ice
